How did this all happen, you might be wondering? How did Miguel end up planted firmly in Lubbock, producing the best Mexican food and bubbly authentic Mexican beverages on Broadway? Boozy Raspas to bomb flautas, no doubt Miguel is a talented man. “Sancho” is slang in Spanish for your wife’s boyfriend. We all know your Sancho does it best, so Miguel aims to please. We have designed what we feel is the finest patio in the nation. We then paired that with a one-of-a-kind interior and exterior, hand-painted by some of Lubbock’s most talented artists. It is truly a work of art, Miguel’s masterpiece if you will. During our 3 year complete remodel, that started pre-COVID, we worked tirelessly on perfecting our made from scratch recipes striving towards the Tex-Mex flavors we developed while drinking and cooking in Encinal, Texas. Miguel is the culmination of the owner’s passion for everything unique he has seen and enjoys from Texas and Mexico. We hope you enjoy this creation of visual art and the flavorful art we constructed.
